Complete guide to easy and trouble-free exchanges at TOWORKFOR 

At TOWORKFOR, we understand the importance of a seamless exchange process for our customers. Whether you need to swap sizes or choose a different model, we’re here to assist you. With our exchange policy, we make the process simple and effortless. 

In this blog post, we provide a detailed guide on how you can go through the process, ensuring your satisfaction and ease at every step. 

1. Step One: Send an Email Request 

To initiate the exchange, simply send an email to support@toworkfor.pt. In the email, indicate the item you wish to exchange, along with the order number and invoice number. Our customer support team is always ready to help and will guide you throughout the process. 

2. Step Two: Package the Item 

Once you’ve contacted the TOWORKFOR team, it’s time to prepare the item for exchange. You can use the original packaging or any other undamaged box. Only include the item you wish to exchange. Seal the box securely for the safe transportation of the product. 

3. Step Three: Await Our Response 

We will reach out to you via email, providing the necessary instructions for the next steps. Our aim is to make the exchange process as smooth as possible, ensuring your satisfaction at every stage. 

Return 

You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of the product to make a return. However, certain conditions must be met for the return to be valid: 

  • The products must not have been used or washed, unless otherwise indicated. 
  • The original characteristics of the product must be maintained, and the packaging must not be damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged). 
  • The products must be complete, meaning both items of a pair, for example, must be returned. 
  • The products must not have been tampered with and must retain the identification label. 

Just like with exchanges, you should send an email to support@toworkfor.pt, indicating your intention to make a return. Include the item you wish to return, along with the order number and invoice number. You can also include photos of the product. 

Our TOWORKFOR team will get in touch and provide the necessary instructions for the return process. It’s important to follow the guidance provided by our team.
