The challenges and dangers 

Working long hours in the kitchen comes with its risks, but with TOWORKFOR’s safety shoes, Graciano feels protected from heavy materials, slippery surfaces, and hot liquids. ‘The biggest challenge is always managing people, managing human resources. That’s always the biggest challenge in catering. Every day it is more difficult, due to lack of resources. It is always necessary to give training or create an emotional balance, because we serve people, we try to provide moments and we can only provide moments if we are also well and prepared for it.

A Culinary Adventure  

‘Forneria da Villa’, Graciano’s pizzeria, opened its doors in 2020 and, with two and a half years of growth, they continue to expand and welcome more customers.

The motivation

For Graciano, it’s not just a job; it’s a lifelong dream come true. From navigating the challenges of the pandemic to creating exceptional dishes, the motivation stems from the love of Italian gastronomy and the thrill of experimenting with unique flavors.
